Now that we've gone through the heavy lifting of building a jig to position a fret board blank on the CNC machine, and formatting the CAD file to allow the milling to be completed in two halves, it's high time that we apply all this information and legwork to milling the guitar fret slots.

It takes set-up time to use CNC for the guitar fret slots process, but it is generally quicker, more efficient, far more accurate though and means we are not limited to standard scale lengths, It is hard to know what 'Hand Made' means these days, but we are nowhere near the production line techniques employed by many so called 'boutique' guitar makers.
